Music 1A is a weekly 60-minute group piano class taught with a comprehensive curriculum. Students will learn keyboard geography, rhythm, solos, staff reading, ensembles, composition, improvisation and music theory in a fun environment. Players will share their music with others through class participation, open class and a yearly recital. Practice sessions at home are required.
