Emily Mullaney is a violinist based in Boston, MA. An Iowa native, she enjoys an active and varied freelance career throughout New England and the Midwest. In addition to the Des Moines Symphony, she performs regularly with the Rhode Island Philharmonic Orchestra, the Portland Symphony Orchestra, and the New Bedford Symphony Orchestra. She has been featured as a soloist with the St. Olaf Orchestra, the Central Iowa Symphony, and the Fort Dodge Symphony.
Emily holds a master’s degree from The Boston Conservatory, where she studied with Rictor Noren. Previously, she completed her bachelor’s degree at St. Olaf College with teachers Francesca Anderegg and Charles Gray.
